Next recruitment wave for our Junior Professional Programme will start in January 2027.
Are you a passionate, driven individual looking to kick-start your career in an intergovernmental organisation? Or do you already bring a first work experience with you and want to know more about the EEA Agreement?
Then welcome to our Junior Professional Programme, where we offer you a unique opportunity to embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and development as of 1 September 2027.
Who are we looking for?
The Junior Professional Programme welcomes applications from nationals of an EFTA Member State (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland) who have completed a Master’s degree, or who are in their final year of study and expect to complete the degree prior to the start of the Junior Professional Programme (1 September 2027). The Programme is designed for candidates at an early stage of their careers, with up to two years of professional experience following graduation. Fluency in English is required.
We particularly encourage applications from candidates who have gained experience through internships or short-term placements in governmental, international, or policy-related organisations. An interest in, or familiarity with, the EEA Agreement, EFTA Free Trade Agreements, or related policy frameworks would be considered an asset.
